COMPOSITION 

Each gram of Cream/Ointment contains 0.5 mg of Desonide in a suitable base. 

Efficacy 

Working as corticosteroids, used topically with efficacy as an anti-inflammatory, anti-pruritic and vasoconstrictor. 

INDICATIONS 

To relieve inflammation and pruritis of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses. 

CONTRA INDICATIONS 

For patients who hipersensitife the components of this drug preparations. 

WARNING 

Avoid contact with eyes. 

The drug is not used for other purposes, only for the intended purpose. 

Areas not covered unless treated at the instigation and doctor's instructions. 

Avoid long-term use or use on delicate skin areas, especially for infants and children because it can inhibit the growth. 

If irritation occurs, discontinue use and replace with appropriate treatment. 

When an infection of the skin needs to be given anti-fungal or anti-bacterial appropriate. If the response is inadequate refrain from the use of corticosteroids to control infection. 

Careful use in lactating women. 

Never used intensively in pregnant women in large quantities or long-term use. 

SIDE EFFECTS 

Especially on the skin covered with tight clothes, going as irritation, burning, itching, dry skin, hypertrichosis, eruptions resembling acne, skin maceration, skin atrophy, striae, miliaria, hypopigmentation, folliculitis, perioral dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis and infections secondary. When this happens stop using this drug. 

DOSAGE AND TERMS OF USE 

Applied thinly on the affected area evenly 2 to 4 times a day.

Store at temperatures 15º-30οC, in a tightly closed container.

COMPOSITION 
Each gram contains 0.5 mg Desonide and neomycin neomycin sulfate equivalent to 3 mg. 

WAY OF ACTION 

Neomycin sulfate is an aminoglycoside class of antibiotics that bind to the 30 S ribosomal subunits, which have activity inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis. Neomycin sulfate is active against gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Haemophilus influenzae, Enterobacter aerogenes, Klebsiella sp, Proteus sp, Salmonella sp, Shigella sp, E.faecalis, Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Desonide is a corticosteroid used topically invitation efficacy as an anti-inflammatory, anti-pruritic and vasoconstrictor. 

INDICATIONS 

To relieve inflammation of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses when compiled with secondary infection that is sensitive to neomycin. 

CONTRA INDICATIONS 

Patients who are hypersensitive to aminoglycosides. 

Skin tuberculosis, herpes simplex, varicella.

Avoid use on large areas of skin, especially for infants and children.

Long-term use can lead to excessive growth of sensitive organisms and functions. 

If the infection does not improve after 1 week, cultures and sensitivity tests should be repeated to verify the identity of the organism and determine if they need to be replaced. 

Use caution in patients with impaired liver / kidney and hearing loss. 

The use of topical neomycin in patients with skin damage or holes tympanic membrane can cause deafness. Do not use neomycin sulfate topically or for purposes of urology at a dose of more than 1 gram per day. Do not use more than 10 days for urology. 

SIDE EFFECTS 

Mainly occur on the skin sealed with clothes such as burning, itching, folliculitis, furunculosis, pustules, telangiectasia. Long-term use can cause cross-sensitivity to other aminoglycoside antibiotics. 

HOW TO USE 

Apply thinly and evenly to the affected area two to three times a day.
