COMPOSITION 
Each gram of cream contains 0.5 mg of Fluticasone

Efficacy 
Fluticasone propionate is a synthetic corticosteroid that is anti-inflammatory, anti-pruritic, and vasoconstrictor. Fluticasone propionate is lipophilic and has a strong affinity to the glucocorticoid receptor. 

INDICATIONS 
To address the inflammation and itching of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses. 

CONTRA INDICATIONS 
Patients who are hypersensitive to kortikosterooid, rosacea, perioral dermatitis. 
Acne vulgaris, primary viral infection of the skin (herpes simplex, chickenpox), perianal and genital pruritus. 
Not used to treat primary infection of skin lesions caused by fungi or bacteria and dermatoses for children under 1 year including dermatitis and napkin eruption. 

HOW TO USE 
Only for external use only, avoid contact with eyes. 
Clean and dry the affected area. 
Apply a small amount of drugs on the thin surface of the affected skin 1-2 times a day, not covered unless prescribed by the physician. 
Do not use the drug in large quantities, no more frequently than the recommended dosage and no longer used because of the doctor's instructions will not improve the situation, but the possibility of side effects will increase. 
Not used on the face or groin except on your doctor's instructions. 

WARNING AND CAUTION 
Careful use in pregnant or lactating women. 
Discontinue treatment if irritation occurs. 
Systemic absorption of fluticasone propionate is low, but long-term use at high doses or in large areas, especially in infants and children can lead to adrenal suppression. Systemic absorption of the corticosteroid be increased when using occlusive dressings or treatments on the extensive 
Do not use in the eyes. Just for skin 
Overgrowth can occur from organisms that are not susceptible, if superinfection occurs discontinue use and appropriate therapy given. 
Safety and effectiveness in infants and children has not been established. 


SIDE EFFECTS 
Dry skin, itching, burning sensation. Contact your doctor if symptoms-symptoms that occur evolving. 

The use of intensive and long-term can lead to changes in the local atropic such as thinning skin, striae, dilation of superficial blood vessels, hypertrichosis, hypopigmentation. 

Secondary infections are reported, especially with the use of occlusive dressings. 

Other side effects may occur irritation, folliculitis, acneiform eruptions, perioral dermatitis, miliaria. 


USAGE DOSAGE 

Atopic dermatitis: spread thinly and evenly 1-2 times a day. 

Other dermatoses responsive to corticosteroids; spread thinly and evenly 2 times a day. 


HOW TO STORAGE 

Store in a tightly closed container at a temperature of-30ο 25ο C
