Buyer who purchase multiple items, please do not adjust the postage fee, we will fix the postage fee after purchase.
Shipping to UK only $40 dollars.
For shipping to Lithuania, Croatia and Ukraine please do email us for the postage fee.

Policy:
1. Once payment was made, we do not accept exchange for change of mind, due to the item was custom made both in terms of colors and sizes.
2. Please allow 3 days of manufacturing the UggBoots, this will allow us time to manufacture the boots as per order.
3. The company will replace any item that was sent faulty to the client if they have not been used or worn. We will not accept any worn or used items.
4. Box will be provided for domestic purchase. For international shipping, box will not be provided due to shipping cost constraint.
5. Ozitude and UGG brands are interchangeable, same boots different brands due to trademark issue in certain countries. This uggboots has no relations to UGGAustralia brand.
