2. DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, Absoultely. We ship worldwide and provide a tracking number. Our customer can then track the status of their item online. 

3. HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

We charge $8 for each shipping worldwide and each additional item is charged only $3.

We also offer a Bulk shipping for a bulk order request. Shipping can be certainly combined with no extra cost (only for bulk order - min order 6 per product). Please email us for bulk order shipping fee.

From time to time, we have our shipping promotion (depending on the country and shipping options) that a customer selects. The shipping rate may also subject to change depending on the Post Office rate. We will certainly update you and keep you posted!  

4. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We ship your order generally after 2 days, after then depending on the carrier you choose and the distance between our warehouse and your location it will get to you within 5-14 working days.

If you order your product before lunch time, we will try to process it within the same day. However, if you order afterwards, it will be processed on the next day. The actual delivery time really depends on the delivery address. 

5. WHAT IS THE DEFAULT SHIPPING OPTIONS?

We use Registered post international because it is a cheap and safe option to send goods overseas. 

6. I NEED MY ITEM URGENTLY, CAN I CHOOSE EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE?

Yes you can, a custom invoice will be send straight to you  

7. WILL MY PERSONAL DETAILS BE KEPT SECURELY?

Yes, we will NEVER sell or giveaway your details. 

8. WHAT IS Happy Green Store RETURN POLICY? 

Returns for change of mind are accepted if the items have not been opened/used/tampered in anyways. Buyer will pay for postage return and re-post.

If the items is faulty or broken on arrival, we will contact Post Office to get re-imbursement, and then refund or re-ship the appropriate item. Registered post in most of the shipping cases is always a good practice.  

9. IT HAS BEEN A WHILE AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM YET? 

Shipping can be delayed by several factors, such as force of nature or political instability, in normal case it will be delivered 5-14 working days. If you have not got the item by then, please contact us and we will open an investigation thru Post Office. 

10. HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A LOCAL CHEMIST SHOP FOR SELLING HEALTH AND BEAUTY CARE PRODUCTS?

We are not different from a local chemist shop except that we do home delivery of your Health and Beauty Care (subject to prescription verification for certain Health care products) by our registered pharmacists. Further, you can rest assure about the authenticity of the products with original receipts, good expiry date, and correct manufactures etc. We are here to provide best experience in buying your product needs, whether it’s for yourself or for your loved ones.  

11. WHAT CURRENCY THAT HAPPY GREEN STORE USE?

All product prices are displayed in Australian Dollar (AUD) currency.
