1. Domestic Shipping
All orders within Indonesia will be shipped using TIKI/JNE with tracking number. (Excluding stocks available at our overseas warehouse, domestic customers please contact us for postage fee).
2. International Shipping
A. Registered International Post
For parcel going international, we use Registered International Post by default, as is a safe and reliable option. Delivery time is approximately 1-2 weeks depending on the distance of warehouse to the delivery area.
Tracking are provided for Registered International Post, and for some countries tracking can be done online. Choose registered/parcel.

B.Express Mail Service
Where possible, we will upgrade your shipping to Express Mail Service free of charge; Our proprietary Think Tank System will find the cheapest yet quickest way to get the goods to your site taking advantage of the different postage fee in different countries where warehouses are located.
However if you need the item urgently and want to make sure the item dispatched using EMS, please email us prior to placing an order and we will send you a custom invoice.
3. Excess Postage
In the instance of item coming from same country and you been charged international rate, we will refund you the balance. For example, “you are Australian Buyer and paid International postage rate to get a racket ($25), and after confirming that our Australian Warehouse got them in stock, we will switch from Registered International Post to Australia Post Registered Service ($10) and you will get the remaining balance ($15).” This way you can get the goods quicker and cheaper.
